Job Descriptions:

One of our best clients is looking for Finance Clerk to start working recently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To supervise debtors, creditors and wages function
• Bank Reconciliations
• Timeous processing of creditor invoices
• Timeously processing debtors receipts and following up on overdue debtors
• To provide information on outstanding transactions to be recorded
• To assist with monthly and year-end stock takes
• To assist management with queries/requests

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have matric / Grade 12 with the following subjects:
  • Mathematics
  • English
• Must have degree / Diploma in Accounting (advantageous)
• Computer literate
• Pastel Partner experience
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must have excellent time management
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have exceptional organisational skills
