Job Descriptions:

One of our best clients is looking for Payroll Administrator to start working recently.

Main Duties:

• To administer payroll for employees
• To prepare reports for weekly, quarterly and yearly reviews
• To review and abide by company policies and procedures
• To make sure account balances are correct
• To resolve payroll errors

Main Requirements:

• Must have Diploma Payroll Administration
• Must have minimum 5-7 years’ experience (automotive industry) in payroll administration, specifically SAGE People 300
• Must have experience in SQUBE time and attendance system is advantageous
• Must have SAP experience advantageous
• Must have advanced computer literacy in MS Office – advanced MS Excel is imperative
• Must have strong numerical and IT skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
