Duties and Responsibilities:

• To promptly answering calls
• To manage switchboard
• Creating a welcoming and friendly reception area
• Filing
• Scanning
• General admin duties

Qualifications and Skills:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Must be computer literate
• Must be fluent in English & Zulu
• Must have good verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent people skills
• Must have exceptional telephonic etiquette
• Must have strong, clear speaking voice
